A successful entrepreneur and businessman several times over with a passion for conquering new challenges, Ned Walley turned his focus to real estate in 2012 and quickly made his mark.

Prior to real estate, Ned worked for Google in its very early days, joining the company in 2002 as their first business development executive covering Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, where he was based in London for 11 years.  

While at Google he negotiated billions of dollars worth of successful sales contracts and built a reputation for good business values, ethics and customer care. He brings these strengths, unparalleled in Summit County, to every venture, and every real estate client. It’s no surprise that Ned has consistently been one of the top elite producers in Summit County’s competitive real estate market.

Originally from Chattanooga, TN, Ned’s love of art, travel and new opportunities has taken him to bustling ports around the world. He’s called Miami, San Francisco, New York and London home over the years. While his passport has been a bit neglected since Ned moved to the Rocky Mountains in 2010, he still tries to find time for travel in the off-season. He enjoys socializing with friends, family and clients; managing his investments; and giving back to his community.
